Something sweet and a small cup to linger over

Baklawa, layered filo pastry with nuts and rose water syrup, at Tripoli's in Alamo Ranch, San Antonio

STAY FOR SOMETHING SWEET

No visit to a Libyan home ends without coffee and something sweet. Our coffee bar and dessert case are made for lingering.

TURKISH COFFEE. Finely ground coffee and cardamom, simmered in a traditional ibrik and served unfiltered. Give it a moment so the grounds can settle.

CAFÉ ARABIA. Our house signature: a coffee cream base finished with steamed milk, served hot or iced.

KUNAFA. Shredded, buttered filo filled with a ricotta cheese mixture and finished with rose water syrup.

BAKLAWA. Layered filo with chopped nuts, butter and cinnamon, baked and finished with rose water syrup.

DUBAI CHOCOLATE BITES. Chocolate filled with pistachio kunafa or cookie butter kunafa.

MATCHA. Our matcha menu borrows from the dessert case, with Baklawa Matcha and Basbusa Matcha alongside the classic.

Our pairing: Turkish coffee with baklawa, or a Café Arabia with kunafa.
